Publication Delivery

Your legislative publications will reach your office by 9:00 a.m. daily. We deliver to most offices by 7:30 a.m
Any bills you order from the Capitol Bill Room will also be delivered with your daily publications.

Publication Delivery: $140.00 to $195.00 per month and is billed annually.
All prices are prorated to reflect a twelve month billing cycle.

How to Order Publications or Bills

Your legislative publications are purchased from the Legislative Bill Room. Please call Cecil Ramirez at (916) 445-2323 or e-mail cecil.ramirez@dgs.ca.gov to set up your Bill Room account. Specify that you would like LBDS to deliver your publications. If you have any questions regarding this process, we would be happy to assist you.

Bill Orders

Please e-mail your bill orders to the Legislative Bill Room.

Please allow time for the Bill Room to fill your order. To receive your order the following morning, the Bill Room needs to
receive it by 1:00 p.m.

Electronic Daily File Link

This is a service of convenience that LBDS added in 2020. Yes, anyone can access the Daily Files online. However, we discovered our subscribers to this service appreciated having the file links in their inbox early each morning. The file links are e-mailed each weekday by 5:30 a.m. unless they are not available. Often, the links are e-mailed the night before.

$420.00 annually for up to three e-mail addresses. (free with Daily Publication Delivery)
