Legislative Bill Delivery Service, LLC (LBDS) provides legislative support services from Sacramento, CA. This policy explains the information handled through lbdsllc.com and our responses to website inquiries.
Information You Send Us
Our contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry topic, and message. You may also provide your organization and telephone number. We use this information to answer questions, discuss services, and follow up with you.
WPForms saves submissions in our WordPress website and sends email notifications. Email delivery uses WP Mail SMTP Pro connected to Google Workspace through our website support provider, RAD Creatives. Authorized LBDS personnel and website support personnel may access information as needed to handle inquiries or maintain the website.
Forms and related security tools may record technical details, such as an IP address, browser information, submission time, and delivery status. Please include only information relevant to your request. Do not send payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or medical information through the general inquiry form.
Information Collected During Website Visits
The website and its providers may process IP addresses, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, pages visited, visit times, approximate location, and technical activity needed to deliver and protect the site.
We use Google Analytics 4 and WPMU DEV Hub Analytics to understand traffic and improve website content. These tools provide information about visits, popular pages, referral sources, and use of the site. Our setup does not use Google Signals, advertising personalization, remarketing, or other advertising and marketing tracking.
Cookies and related preferences are explained in our Cookie Policy. You can review available choices using Cookie Preferences.

How Information Is Used and Disclosed
We use information to respond to requests, maintain service correspondence, operate the website, measure traffic, improve accessibility, prevent abuse, and handle privacy questions.
Information may be available to the providers and authorized personnel supporting those activities. We may also disclose information at your direction, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to address security incidents, fraud, or legal claims. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where their systems or personnel operate.
We do not use this website to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
How Long We Keep Information
Form Submissions and Email
Website form entries and emailed inquiries are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion or we otherwise remove them. There is no scheduled automatic deletion of these records. Retained correspondence helps us maintain a history of inquiries and service discussions.
You may request deletion through the contact options below. We will review records under our control, including website entries and email copies. Information may need to be retained where a legal requirement or another applicable exception permits or requires it. Copies in backups may remain until the provider’s normal backup cycle replaces them.
Analytics, Logs, and Backups
GA4 uses its standard two-month retention setting for the user-level and event-level data covered by that setting. This limit does not apply to standard aggregated reports. Google’s standard retention rules, including any applicable reset for new activity, govern the records involved.
WPMU DEV Hub Analytics, hosting logs, security records, and backups use the applicable provider’s standard retention and deletion processes. Their lifetimes differ by service and record type. Cookie expiration is separate from the retention of messages, analytics records, and backups.
Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You can ask about information associated with your inquiry or request access, a correction, or deletion. Use our contact form and select Privacy question, or call (916) 443-0683. Please identify the request and provide enough detail for us to locate the relevant correspondence.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing information or changing records. We use verification information to process the request and protect the information involved. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any reason we cannot complete a request.
See California Privacy Rights for information about rights that may apply to California residents.
Browser Privacy Signals
Global Privacy Control communicates an opt-out preference for sale or sharing where applicable. This website is not used to sell information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor applicable privacy requests and opt-out requirements.
Do Not Track is a separate browser setting. We do not promise that this signal will stop every analytics or technical request. Use Cookie Preferences to manage the optional categories offered on this site. Clearing cookies or changing browsers may reset saved preferences.
Security and External Links
Hosting, access controls, and spam protection help protect information, but no website or transmission method can eliminate every security risk. Links to official legislative resources and other websites lead to services with their own privacy policies and practices.
Policy Updates and Contact
When our practices change, we will update this page and its Last updated date. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.
